      Description

The Yukon Gear Universal Joint; Front; Dana 30; Crush Sleeve Design; Replacement; 2-Piece 297 x 4340 Chrome Moly Super Joints enhance the driveline strength for off-road applications. These joints replace factory u-joints, offering improved performance and durability where high torque and stress conditions are present.

      Construction and Appearance. These Super Joints feature a robust 4340 chromoly steel cross and larger trunnions for superior strength. The caps are made from 4140 steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to wear. The joints use ultra-high grade anti-seize lubrication and a needle bearing-free design, optimizing strength and reducing points of failure.

      Installation. Installation is moderately challenging, requiring standard automotive tools and mechanical knowledge. No drilling is necessary, as these parts are designed to directly replace factory components without modification.
