      Upgrade Your Differential. The Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit is designed to elevate your differential to the next level. This part is for rear axle application, and it’s compatible with vehicles equipped with the Dana 44 differential model. It’s a standard open spider gear replacement set, which includes a cross pin shaft, 2 side gears, a roll pin, 2 pinion gears, and spider gear thrust washers.

      Excellent Spider Gear Kit. Made from premium materials, the Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit offers long-lasting performance. It requires 30-spline axles. This spider gear set meets OEM quality requirements, and it’s meant to exceed your factory differential abilities. It doesn’t come with a c-clip.

      Professional Installation Recommended. To install the Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit, you need to remove your old differential spider gear set and replace it with the Jeep Wrangler one. All the necessary hardware is included. Even though replacing your factory differential carrier gear might seem like a simple DIY project, professional installation is a wiser option.

      12-Month Manufacturer Warranty. If you purchase the Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit, you’re backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty from Yukon Gear and Axle. This warranty only applies to the original retail purchaser.

      Application. Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit is designed for 1966-1986 Jeep CJ5 and CJ7 models and 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ vehicles, with the Dana 44 differential.

      Installation Requirements. This spider gear kit can be installed in 2 to 4 hours, depending on your mechanical skills. You’ll have to use proper tools for this installation process, as well as advanced mechanical skills.
