      Description

      Quality Construction. The Yukon Gear Dana 30F/35R Ring Gear and Pinion Kit w/ Install Kit - 4.88 Gears is engineered to handle some of the harshest conditions off roaders face. Manufactured using the latest design and technologies, this kit will have you quiet running gear that is both highly durable and capable all the same. This performance ring and pinion kit can be enjoyed by both street drivers and off-road goers. It includes a Dana 30 front and an AMC Model 44 rear.

      Specifications. This version features a ring and pinion ratio of 4.88:1 with a 26 spline count.

      Advanced Installation. This complete installation kit includes the front and rear ring and pinion sets, in addition to the most complete master overhaul kits on the market. Yukon gear makes it easy to have everything you need to re-gear the front and rear differential. That being said, this package does require a high level of mechanical expertise, so professional installation is recommended. Installation time is estimated to take about 6 hours.

      Limited Warranty. Yukon Gear offers a 1-year limited warranty on its ring and pinion sets. The company warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for that period of time. Some exclusions apply. See Yukon Gear's official website for more details.

      Application. The Yukon Gear Dana 30F/44R Ring Gear and Pinion Kit w/ Install Kit - 4.88 Gears will fit any 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ.

      Technical Notes. If you are currently running a 3.54 ratio, you will need to purchase a new front carrier with this package. If you are running a 3.07 ratio, you will need to purchase new front and rear carriers.
