Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and the use of specialized tools; no drilling is necessary. Because ratio changes may activate a vehicle’s limp mode, a programmer might be needed to recalibrate electronic systems.
Application. Designed specifically for 21-26 Bronco models, excluding the Raptor, this gear set fits vehicles equipped with the Dana 44 M220 rear differential. Factory Broncos with 3.73 or 4.46 gear ratios and standard open differentials will require differential replacement.
