If you intend to take your Jeep JK off-road, you must make the necessary alterations and prepare for the rugged terrain. A JK that can climb rocks, ford streams, and plough through mud puddles does not just roll off the assembly line. As tough as they are, JKs that are used for off-roading must be modified to do so. Of course, there is always the risk that any Wrangler might get stuck in the mud. Be sure to prepare your JK with the proper equipment to help yourself and others out of a ditch. A Jeep JK receiver hitch can and should be used to pull any off-roader to dry land. Pair your Jeep with a strong locker
and the proper suspension parts
and you’ll be able to pull your buddies out of even the toughest situations.
