The 2-1/16 inch (52mm) Black 7 Color 1500°F Exhaust Gas Temperature Gauge delivers accurate real-time readings of exhaust gas temperatures critical for diesel truck performance. It helps drivers monitor and prevent potential engine damage caused by excessive exhaust heat during long drives or heavy loads.

      Construction and Appearance. Featuring a black gauge dial with a magnified clear lens and an analog needle, this gauge includes a high-quality 1/8-27 NPT Type K thermocouple probe with durable stainless steel braided cables. The 7 color LED backlighting options provide customization to match vehicle interiors while maintaining excellent visibility day or night. The LED illumination also supports dimming through connection to the factory headlight switch.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill, including drilling and tapping the exhaust manifold for the probe. The gauge comes with detailed instructions, the necessary mounting hardware, plug-and-play power and sensor harnesses with waterproof connectors, and includes a drill bit and tap sized for the 1/8-27 NPT installation.
