The system focuses on improved ride comfort and performance, unlocking articulation and stability for technical trails while preserving confident on-road manners for daily driving and long hauls.

      Construction and Appearance. Engineered around Dana 60 type front and rear considerations, the Alpine RT architecture leverages precision-welded upper and lower shock mounts, inner frame plates, and axle bump pad assemblies for rigid load paths. Heavy-duty brackets and spacers pair with class-rated hardware to resist deflection and maintain alignment under hard use. High-performance design cues—clean welds, accurate cut profiles, and reinforced interfaces—work together to stabilize coil-over motion, enhance heat management, and deliver repeatable suspension cycles over rough terrain.

      Installation. This direct replacement, kit-based system is comprehensive and installer-friendly, but it is a pro-level project. Due to increased travel, a front driveline double Cardon upgrade is required. Plan for the removal of bumper-to-fender wind deflectors/splash guards and cutting/removal of stock control arm bracketry and spring buckets. Wheels with 4.75-inch backspacing or less are required—or use 1.75-inch wheel offset adapters (Part Number 1057000)—to ensure clearance at full lock and compression. After torquing all hardware, cycle the suspension to verify line routing and interference-free articulation, then perform a complete alignment to dial in caster, camber, and toe.
