Description
Reduces Bearing Load. The Teraflex Front 8-Lug Locking Hub Conversion Kit with Big Brakes and Slotted Rotors reduces the bearing load by increasing the distance between the inner and outer wheel bearings. Additionally, the locking hub conversion kit includes slotted rotors. The product is sold as an individual kit by the manufacturer.
Precise Manufacturing. The locking hub conversion kit is built with 4140 chromoly material and uses very precise measurements including an 8 x 6.5 inch bolt pattern. The kit weighs 166 pounds and comes in a gray color.
Installation Requires Mechanical Expertise. The locking hub conversion kit has a somewhat complex installation that requires some mechanical expertise. It takes about four hours to complete this installation.
