New Emergency Brake Cable for Your Old Jeep. Replace your Jeep Wrangler’s old or worn emergency brake cable with the Left Side Teraflex Emergency Brake Cable. This upgrade gives your vehicle a reliable emergency braking system, which is quite important for older models. This works in conjunction with the TeraFlex Disc Brake Kit. Upgrade your old Jeep’s brakes now, so that you’ll have nothing to worry when you take it for a spin off-road.
Quality Construction. The Teraflex Emergency Brake Cable is made from high-quality materials. It has a 22-inch outer housing and a 5.90-inch inner cable to splitter. Backed by Teraflex’s lifetime warranty, you can be sure that this new brake cable will last a very long time.
Works With Teraflex Disc Brake Kit Only. This Teraflex Emergency Brake Cable is designed to replace the old or worn emergency brake cable. However, this cable will not work with stock drum brakes, and will only work with the TeraFlex Disc Brake Kit. This cable is sold individually, so order two for a full axle. Installing this brake cable takes 1-2 hours to complete.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. TeraFlex Inc. warrants the Teraflex Emergency Brake Cable to the original retail purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which products were originally installed unless otherwise specified. This doesn’t cover product finish, improper installation, improper maintenance, and damage from racing or competition, and damage due to abuse or neglect.
Application. The Left Side Teraflex Emergency Brake Cable is designed to fit all 1987 to 1990 Jeep Wrangler YJ models.
