The Synergy Manufacturing HD Ball Joints are built to tighten up steering feel and restore confident front-end control when original joints are loose, noisy, or worn. Designed as an OE compatible and comparable direct replacement, they’re also compatible with aftermarket axle shafts with no modifications required, keeping upgrades simple and clean. Intended for 2007 - 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models, excludes Rubicon models, this front Dana 30/44 model set delivers a durable solution for demanding street and trail use.

      Construction and Appearance. Built with a 1045 high-carbon alloy steel ball joint housing, these ball joints are engineered for strength and resistance to deformation under load. Induction heat treated 4140 chromoly steel ball joint studs provide durable wear surfaces and improved toughness for repeated suspension cycling. Industrial-grade nitro-butyl rubber dust boots help seal out contaminants and retain lubrication, supporting long service life in harsh conditions. The raw metal finish keeps the components ready for service and easy inspection.

      Installation. Designed as a direct replacement, this kit supports a straightforward and versatile installation using factory-style mounting locations and standard service procedures. The adaptable design is backed up by the included castle nuts, cotter pins, and 1/4-inch-20 UNF grease zerks, helping you complete the job without sourcing extra small parts. After installation, greasing at the zerks and verifying proper torque and pinning helps maintain smooth movement and dependable retention on your vehicle.

      Warranty. This product is backed by a limited 1-year warranty that helps cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It adds peace of mind that the components are built to perform consistently through regular driving and demanding conditions.
