Description
Heavy Duty Ball Joints. The Synergy Manufacturing HD Front Ball Joints provide durable replacement components for factory ball joints on Jeep Wranglers and Grand Cherokees. Designed to withstand harsh conditions from vehicle lifting, larger tires, and off-road use, these ball joints enhance steering reliability and suspension performance. Their fully greaseable metal-on-metal design ensures smooth operation and longer service life.
Construction and Appearance. These ball joints feature a sintered graphite and oil impregnated bronze bearing race along with a housing made of 1045 high carbon alloy steel. The ball joint stud is heat treated 4140 chromoly steel for maximum strength and durability. They come equipped with heavy duty industrial grade black nitro-butyl rubber dust boots that resist rips and tears for extended service life.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling or modification. The ball joints are designed to fit stock mounting points. A break-in period of approximately 100-500 miles is recommended to fully seat the metal bearing surfaces and achieve smooth steering operation.
Warranty. This product is backed by a 12-month unlimited warranty for peace of mind.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK models, excluding Rubicon variants.
