Construction and Appearance. Built with a heavy-duty steel drum and an all-steel gear set, this winch is finished with a gray wrinkle powder coat to enhance durability and resist corrosion. It comes equipped with a 3/16-inch by 40-foot steel wire rope, a clevis pinned latched hook, and a 4-way roller fairlead that minimizes rope wear. The motor is a 1.5 HP permanent magnetic type featuring a clockable design and a sealed solenoid with an integrated circuit breaker to safeguard electrical components.

Installation. Installation is straightforward using a universal mounting plate and a mounting bolt pattern of 3 inches by 4.87 inches. Its narrow drum design allows for easier mounting in tight spaces, with no special drilling typically required, although some adaptation might be necessary depending on the vehicle setup.
