Optimize Your Jeep. The Superchips TrailCal tuner is the ultimate tuner that allows you to get the most out of your Jeep’s upgrades and more. This tuner combines the convenience of a tuner and the usefulness of a monitoring device with performance-oriented tunes. This allows you to fine-tune your Jeep’s capabilities for any driving situation.
Boosts Fuel Economy. This tuner includes a handy economy tune that’s designed to maximize your fuel. This translates to practical savings at the pump. With the savings you get, this tuner will eventually pay for itself.
Convenient, Customizable Controls. This TrailCal features a full-color, high-resolution 5-inch touch screen control that can be customized for colors, backgrounds, gauge arcs, and needles. This customizability enables you to fine-tune the display to your needs. Additionally, this tuner includes a video input that can be used with your back-up camera, enabling you to use the unit as a monitor.
Read and Clear DTCs. Annoying check engine lights are a thing of the past with this tuner, as you can easily read and clear the DTCs causing them. Please remember though that any persistent check engine light could be an indication of a more serious issue, and should be investigated immediately.
Calibrates Speedometer to Tire and Axle/Gear Changes. Upgrading your tires or performing an axle/gear swap can mess-up your speedometer, changing how your Jeep behaves. This tuner lets you correct your Wrangler JL’s speedometer to all of these aftermarket upgrades. You can now run tires measuring 20 to 40 inches wide and swap-out your axle/gear and be sure your Jeep will run like it just rolled out of the factory.
Three Performance-Oriented Tunes. Besides the previously mentioned economy tunes, this TrailDash2 includes tunes for performance, towing, and crawling. The performance tune gives you maximum horsepower for faster acceleration. The crawl tune transforms your Jeep into a rock-crawling monster. Finally, the towing tune lets you haul with ease. What’s more, this tuner backs-up your stock tune, allowing you to revert your Jeep to stock at any time.
Real-Time Systems Monitoring and Data Acquisition. This tuner lets you monitor just about any of your Jeep’s data parameters, from barometric pressure and engine coolant temperature to quarter-mile times and lateral G-forces. You could even mount this unit onto your windshield or dash to constantly monitor these data. You could also download any of these data onto your computer for further analysis.

Application Notes. This Superchips TrailCal will require an unlocked PCM for it to work. Additionally, this tuner is not CARB-certified at this time, making its use illegal in California and other states that have adopted CARB standards. Please check local laws for applications that permit the use of this tuner.
