Direct Bolt-On Replacement Bumper. The Rugged Ridge Spartan Front Bumper is a direct bolt-on bumper replacement. As such, you will be reusing the factory mounting points to secure the bumper. This makes for an easy and simple installation that won’t require any special tools.
