Hidden Winch Solution. The Rough Country Hidden Winch Mounting Plate improves your Toyota Tundra’s recovery capability while maintaining its factory appearance. Designed to house a powerful winch behind the stock bumper cover, it offers a clean, discreet setup for off-road recovery needs. This mount makes winch readiness seamless without compromising vehicle aesthetics.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from rigid 7-gauge steel, this mount replaces the factory inner bumper support to deliver enhanced durability and strength. The modular six-piece design includes a winch tray, fairlead mount, driver and passenger wings, and D-ring mounts, all finished in a robust texture to withstand tough conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with an easy bolt-on design requiring minor trimming of the plastic bumper center section for fairlead and D-ring mounts. The process typically takes 4 to 6 hours and does not require additional drilling.
Warranty. This product is backed by a limited lifetime replacement warranty covering structural and workmanship defects.
Application. Designed specifically for 2022 to 2026 Toyota Tundra models, excluding hybrid variants due to battery relocation requiring a power cable extension kit. Minor modifications to the bumper are needed, and removal of the active air dam is necessary.
