Description
Exceptional Damping Performance for the Road and Trail. Provide your Wrangler JL with exceptional handling when you upgrade to the Rough Country Adjustable Vertex Rear Shocks for 2 to 3-Inch Lift. These rear shocks are designed to provide your Jeep with more precise handling, especially when going off-road. This is achieved by combining a monotube, nitrogen-charged design with a remote reservoir that delivers more immediate damping performance. The result is improved driving feel which in turn informs your vehicle’s handling.
Eight-Stage Adjustable. These rear shocks also feature 8-stage adjustable damping technology, ensuring you get the right amount of shock absorption for your needs. This is achieved via a dial on the reservoir that allows you to modify its response. This allows you to have a softer ride quality when on the highway, and firmer damping on the trails.
Robust Build Quality. These rear shocks utilize high-grade steel for their shock bodies to provide strength. This all-steel construction also helps improve heat dissipation to maintain consistent performance. Meanwhile, their piston rods are crafted from chrome-hardened steel and measure 20 mm in diameter for maximum durability. To provide maximum corrosion protection, these shocks receive a tough zinc plating before being double-clear coated.
No-Nonsense Install Procedure. These shocks are designed to replace your Jeep’s factory rear dampers. You may have to perform some minor drilling or trimming depending on the application. Other than this step, installation is a relatively no-nonsense procedure that requires just standard hand tools.
Comes with a 3-Year Limited Warranty. These Vertex shocks come with a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.
