Not so with the Rough Country 6-Inch Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit with Vertex Shocks. This suspension lift kit is engineered to maintain proper suspension geometry and ride quality while giving your Jeep 6 inches of added height. This added clearance enables you to take on more aggressive off-road trails while running up to 37-inch tires without sacrificing everyday drivability. What this means is with this kit installed on your Jeep, you can now go on an off-road adventure straight from dropping off the kids at school.
High-Tech Vertex Reservoir Shocks. To give your Jeep superior off-road handling and on-road comfort, this kit replaces your front and rear dampers with high-tech Vertex reservoir shock absorbers. These shocks feature a remote reservoir design with nitrogen-charged monotube technology. This design gives your ride near-instantaneous damping when out on the trails and a firm but no less comfortable ride quality on the highway. What’s more, these shocks feature high-tech 8-stage adjustability to give you the right amount of damping for your situation.
Brawny Dual-Rate Lifted Coil Springs. This lift kit provides its elevation courtesy of a set of front and rear dual-rate lifted coil springs. These coil springs are engineered to efficiently lift your vehicle while also providing maximum performance courtesy of their dual-rate design. Additionally, these springs are machine-formed from high-grade spring steel before being powder coated in silver-gray for outstanding strength and long service life.
Rugged Adjustable Front Track Bar. To keep your Jeep handling as it should, this kit includes an adjustable track bar. This track bar’s adjustable design permits you to fine-tune your vehicle’s steering feel for exceptional handling performance. Also, this track bar is forged from high-quality steel for strength and finished in a black powder coating for superior rust protection.
High-Strength Adjustable Control Arms. This suspension lift kit also includes front and rear upper and lower adjustable control arms. Like the front track bar, these control arms work to restore your vehicle’s steering geometry to near factory levels while also allowing you to tweak your Jeep’s pinion angle. This enables you to get the right handling feel for both on and off-road driving. Similar to the track bar, these control arms are manufactured from high-grade steel and are powder coated in black for increased corrosion protection.
Heavy Duty Drive Shaft. This lift kit also includes a heavy-duty drive shaft with upgraded CV joints. This drive shaft is engineered to restore your Jeep’s handling to near factory levels. And just like the control arms and track bar, this driveshaft is machine-formed from heavy-duty tubular steel for superior strength.
Professional Installation Recommended. The individual components of this Rough Country suspension lift kit install into factory locations without the need for modifications. That being said, you will need to have a complete set of mechanics tools and advanced mechanical knowledge and skills. This is to make installation completely efficient. If you are not used to this type of install, professional installation is always an option.
