Premium Driveshaft Upgrade. The Revolution Gear & Axle 1310 CV Rear Driveshaft with Pinion Yoke and T-Case Yoke is designed to replace your factory rear driveshaft with a higher strength, more durable option. This part improves drivetrain reliability and is engineered for use on 2-door JK Jeep Wrangler models, especially supporting tire sizes up to 37 inches, making it ideal for off-road enthusiasts and those with moderate lift kits.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 2.5-inch diameter DOM tubing with a .095-inch wall thickness, this driveshaft offers twice the strength of OEM tubing while maintaining perfect clearance at suspension full droop. It features a gloss black painted finish for corrosion resistance, forged 1310 pinion and transfer case yokes, heavy duty U-bolts, long full spline, and Grade 10 CV bolts for maximum strength and durability.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill with no drilling necessary; however, the vehicle must have adjustable rear control arms to achieve correct pinion angle alignment for optimal performance and to avoid premature wear of drivetrain components.
Warranty. This driveshaft is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against twisted tubing or broken welds.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-Door models. Adjustable rear control arms are required to set proper pinion angle, ensuring longevity and proper operation with this driveshaft.
