(1) Black Coated Muffler Assembly
(2) Black Coated Tips
(3) 2.5” Black Coated Band Clamps

Step 1:
Loosen the factory band clamp securing the muffler assembly to the mid-pipe assembly using a 15mm socket. Note: The factory clamp is tack welded to the assembly, do not attempt to remove it completely.

Step 2:
Lubricate the factory hangers and remove the muffler assembly from the vehicle. Note: If having trouble removing the assembly from the factory mid-pipe, spread the slip joints on the factory pipe using a flat head screwdriver or small chisel.

Step 3:
Install the new muffler assembly to the factory mid-pipe and hang the brackets in the factory rubber hangers.

Step 4:
Install the tips onto the muffler outlets using the supplied 2.5” band clamps.

Step 5:
Align the system to ensure the tips are even and nothing is making contact with the frame or body of the Jeep. Once everything is aligned properly, tighten the 2.5” band clamp at the factory mid-pipe to complete the installation.
