This front differential skid plate is designed to run the length of the differential housing, providing this area with exceptional protection against impact damage. This design also allows you to drive forward as well as in reverse, offering versatility when encountering obstacles. What’s more, its bright red finish provides your under-chassis with a brand new look.
Wear-Resistant Build Quality. This front differential skid plate is manufactured from 0.25-inch thick low-alloy plate steel, offering exceptional durability and strength. Additionally, this differential skid plate is machine-formed and welded, providing added rigidity and an accurate fit when mounted. Rounding out its construction is a wear-resistant red powder coat finish for maximum corrosion protection and an eye-catching style.
Practical Install Procedure. This skid plate installs onto preexisting locations on factory as well as most aftermarket Dana 44 differential covers. No modifications to your Jeep are necessary. Also, all mounting hardware is included and installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
