Description
Rugged Front-End Brake Kit. Enhance the durability and braking performance of the front-end of your Jeep with this Z23 brake upgrade kit. The set includes calipers, rotors, and brake pads for your ride. Each of the components in this kit are designed to exceed the OEM performance of your vehicle’s original parts and give you long-lasting braking power and reliability.
Coated Aluminum Calipers. This brake system features a pair of powder-coated aluminum calipers that are lightweight and durable. The calipers feature a two-piston design for powerful front-end braking performance.
Cast-Iron Performance Rotors. This brake kit features a pair of cast-iron rotors that are made to offer above-average braking performance. These durable rotors have a nickel plating for enhanced strength. Each rotor is slotted to help keep brake pads clean and cross-drilled for enhanced cooling. The rotors are also split and vaned for increased surface area and a better tolerance for high temperatures.
Organic High Grip Brake Pads. This Z23 front-end brake kit uses organic brake pads that rely heavily on carbon fiber as well as ceramic materials. The brake pads provide powerful stopping friction, and they’re long-lasting.
Reduced Dust and Noise. These organic brake pads produce little dust and noise during use for more peaceful braking power.
Mid-Level Installation Difficulty. This front-end brake kit is moderately difficult to install and takes approximately 2-3 hours to put on by an expert. The kit should be installed by a professional for the best results.
Full Front-End Brake Kit. This front-end kit features two calipers, two rotors, four brake pads, bleeder brake screws, caliper slide pins, and retaining clips.
Application. This Z23, front-end brake kit, is made to fit 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon and Sahara model vehicles.
