The light bar features a molded polycarbonate housing in black or carbonized grey with a paint-ready surface, complemented by a 6030 aluminum alloy lamp housing and Lexan polycarbonate lens. The patented design integrates seamlessly into the vehicle’s roof line, offering an OEM-style finish with a durable polyester powder coat for long-lasting visual appeal.
Installation. Installation requires only basic hand tools and approximately 2–3 hours, with no drilling or modifications needed. The light bar mounts using factory accessory mounting points and included hardware, enabling easy installation for DIY enthusiasts with moderate mechanical skills.
Durability Features. This product offers IP68 waterproofing, electronic thermal management, voltage protection, and an LED lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours for reliable performance in all conditions.
Additional Inclusions. The kit includes a complete wiring harness with IP68 connectors and 15" wiper blades to maintain proper clearance.
