Step Up Your Off-Road Performance. Step up your Wrangler JL’s performance on the trails with the Old Man Emu 2.50 to 3.50-Inch Light Load Suspension Lift Kit with BP-51 Shocks. This Old Emu light load suspension lift kit is designed to lift your ride by 2.50 to 3.50 inches, improving its off-road capabilities. This lift kit also includes components engineered to keep your ride quality and handling at near factory levels so you don’t have to give up your Jeep’s daily drivability.
High-Tech Front and Rear BP-51 Shocks. This light load suspension lift kit replaces your front and rear dampers with the high-tech BP-51 remote reservoir shock absorbers. These shocks’ remote reservoir design makes them capable of taking even the worst abuse on the trails without fading. On the highway, these shocks provide a firm but smooth ride with an outstanding handling feel. What’s more, these shocks feature independent compression and rebound damping adjustment, giving you the option to fine-tune your Wrangler’s ride quality for the terrain you’re on.
Robust Front and Rear Lifted Coil Springs. This light load suspension lift kit’s front and rear lift is provided by a set of lifted coil springs machined from high-grade spring steel, making them especially robust. Moreover, these springs are tuned specifically for your ride to give you a solid-feeling ride quality both on and off-road.
Heavy Duty Front Lower Control Arms. To help maintain a smooth-handling Jeep, this lift kit includes a pair of front lower control arms. These control arms have been redesigned to compensate for the new ride height, making sure proper steering angles are maintained. This results in an ideal handling feel. Furthermore, these control arms are machine-formed from heavy-duty tubular steel and are finished in a protective powder coating for maximum durability and long service life.
Brawny Front and Rear Track Bars. To make sure suspension geometry is completely restored to near factory levels, this light-duty suspension lift kit also includes front and rear track bars. These track bars are engineered to complement the control arms to give you outstanding handling performance and steering feel. These track bars are also machine-formed from premium tubular steel and are finished in the same protective black powder coating as the control arms, giving you long-lasting performance.
Direct Install Procedure. This light-duty suspension lift kit’s individual components install into your Wrangler using preexisting locations. No modifications to your ride are necessary although you might need to trim a portion of your fender liner to accommodate the BP-51’s remote reservoirs. Furthermore, installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
