Description. If you want to lead the group and scout ahead, you'll want to be the utmost prepared for anything. The Scout Series bumper is the Swiss army knife-life multi-tool and heavy duty protection you've been looking for. If you find yourself in too deep of snow, or too craggy a canyon, the rear mounted winch has you covered for pulling line backwards. It's not retreating -- it's just advancing the opposite direction so you can find a better way to push through. The ability to get back out of a situation can be indispensable. With the rear facing winch, 2 additional recovery points, and the ability to mount a pair of rear facing LEDs, this bumper has you ready for night recoveries too.
With aggressive angles on this winch bumper, we've designed this to retain as much departure angle as possible -- nearly identical to the factory departure angle in most scenarios depending on your spare tire/tire size.
We've designed this bumper with maximum coverage in mind. The wrap around features of this bumper have your Jeep's body tub covered from rear wheel well to rear wheel well. This bumper is constructed from a combination of 3/8", 1/4" and 3/16" laser cut steel where appropriate to save some weight, but still give you the strength where it matters to support the weight of your rig.
