Heavy Duty Protection. The Next Venture Motorsports M220 Rear Differential Cover is engineered to protect the rear differential on the Bronco from damage caused by rocks and trail obstacles. This cover replaces the factory component with a more durable and robust design, ensuring protection and reliability during rigorous off-road adventures.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from a 3/8 inch laser-cut steel flange combined with a 1/4 inch laser-cut and CNC-formed steel body, this cover features precision machining after welding to maintain a flat mating surface. The unit is hand-welded inside and out to maximize durability. It is available in bare metal, zinc plating, textured black powder coat, and smooth red powder coat finishes, providing options to suit various preferences.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require any drilling, designed to bolt directly onto the existing rear differential. The precise fitment and included hardware make fitting the cover a simple upgrade task for most enthusiasts. The torque specification for the included bolts is 18 ft-lbs.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 21-26 Bronco.
