Description
The Motobilt Jeep YJ Dana 30 front axle block off plate is used when converting your YJ disconnect front axle to a solid one piece axle. The YJ disconnect front axle is notorious for not engaging the front axle and leaving you with only 2wd. A Jeep TJ front one piece front axle is installed to eliminate the 2 piece design that relies on a shift fork that is vacuum actuated. Once the axle shaft from a TJ is installed you will remove the factory shift fork mechanism.

- CNC laser cut from 3/16 inch P and O steel plate
- This is a terrific and in expensive way to solve the problematic disconnect system

Note:
- Be sure to use some RTV silicone on the mating surface to prevent any leaks
- Once the axle shaft from a TJ is installed you will remove the factory shift fork mechanism
