Description
High-Performance Heat Shielding. The Mishimoto T4 Titanium Turbo Blanket is designed to reduce excessive heat generated by turbochargers, protecting the engine bay from overheating and related damage. It wraps the turbocharger to effectively contain and manage heat, promoting improved engine performance and longevity.
Construction and Appearance. This turbo blanket combines a volcanic lava rock outer layer with a 96% silica fiber inner layer, delivering exceptional thermal insulation. The materials are engineered to tolerate extreme temperatures while ensuring durability, finished with a titanium coating that blends functionality with a professional look.
Installation. Installation is rated medium difficulty and requires no drilling. It is recommended to wear protective gloves during handling to avoid irritation, and care should be taken to keep the blanket free from contamination by flammable liquids for safety and durability.
