      Description

      Flexible Impedance for Maximum Output. This Memphis Audio PRX 8-Inch Subwoofer; Selectable 2/4 Ω lets you configure its dual voice coils to match your amplifier’s optimal load—2 Ω for maximum power or 4 Ω for broader system compatibility. Either way, it delivers tight, authoritative bass that fills the cabin without distortion.

      Durable, High-Excursion Construction. The long-throw rubber surround and reinforced spider handle high excursion levels, preserving cone alignment under heavy bass loads. A ventilated pole piece keeps the voice coils cooler at high power, maintaining consistent performance during extended listening.

      Installation. This product installs in a sealed or ported mini-enclosure sized per the included specifications. Wire the voice coils in series or parallel to achieve the desired impedance, secure the driver with supplied hardware, and adjust your amplifier’s gain and crossover for seamless integration.
