Description
Suspension Performance Upgrade. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Tubular Upper Control Arm Delta Joint improves suspension travel by freeing up front suspension movement for enhanced performance shocks and coilovers. It optimizes geometry by adding caster for better front-end alignment on lifted Broncos and increases articulation to reduce suspension bind. This upgrade enhances handling and durability for off-road conditions.
Construction and Appearance. These arms are built from heavy-wall DOM steel, CNC formed, fixture welded, and coated with a durable multi-stage black powder coat finish. They include serviceable dual stage pivot bushings housed in CNC machined mounts, along with a robust Delta Joint PRO featuring a chromoly ball and shaft hardened for strength, graphite-impregnated replaceable races, and anodized billet aluminum dust caps for grease fitting protection.
Installation. Installation typically requires basic mechanical skills and does not require drilling. The design allows for a straightforward replacement process with direct bolt-on fitment using factory mounting points.
Warranty. This product includes a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship for peace of mind.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2021-2023 Ford Bronco models, excluding the Raptor due to compatibility limitations.
