Description
Performance Exhaust Solution. The Flowmaster Super 44 Series Offset/Center Oval Muffler with 2.25-inch inlet and 2.25-inch outlet is engineered to deliver an aggressive, deep exhaust tone while enhancing exhaust flow. This muffler is designed for street use where a powerful sound and improved performance are desired. It is well suited for a broad range of vehicles including muscle cars, trucks, and street rods.
Construction and Appearance. Made from 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features full MIG welding for durability. The high-temperature black paint finish offers protection and a sleek, durable appearance. Its chambered oval design incorporates Delta Flow technology to optimize sound and performance.
Installation. Installation is made simple with slip-fit connections requiring no drilling. The muffler is compatible with clamp-on and weld-on inlet types. Note that new hangers are needed but not included.
Warranty. This product includes a standard manufacturer warranty.
Application. Fits universal applications with some adaptation potentially required, especially regarding hanger installation. Suitable for most 4- and 6-cylinder engines, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip, and truck/SUV configurations.
