The Flowmaster 80 Series Offset/Dual Out Oval Muffler with 2.50-inch inlet and outlet delivers a distinctive aggressive muscle car sound both inside and outside the vehicle. Designed for cross-flow applications where the muffler is mounted transversely behind the rear end, it is ideal for replacing original mufflers on muscle cars, enhancing exhaust tone and performance.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 16-gauge 409S stainless steel and fully MIG welded, this muffler offers exceptional longevity and resistance to corrosion. It features a high-temperature black paint finish for added protection and a classic aesthetic that complements muscle car styling.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation requires moderate effort and some adaptation due to the universal fitment design. The muffler uses new hangers (not included) and fits with clamp-on or weld-on methods without the need for drilling.
_x000D__x000D_Application. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required to fit specific vehicle setups. Suitable for classic and late model muscle cars as well as street/strip vehicles where a transverse muffler is used.
