Description

The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Force Center/Center Race Muffler with 3.50-Inch inlet and 3.50-Inch outlet is designed for racing applications that require substantial noise reduction compared to open headers. It delivers an aggressive sound with excellent power characteristics, making it ideal for race vehicles where mufflers are mandated.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable, fully welded 16 gauge 409 stainless steel, this two-chamber muffler features Flowmaster’s proven Delta Flow technology. It is finished in high-temperature black paint, offering heat resistance and a race-ready appearance.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation requires some adaptation as it utilizes slip-fit inlet and outlet connections with clamp-on or weld-on options. New hangers are required but not included, and generally no drilling is needed for mounting.
