The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Offset Oval Muffler; 2.50-Inch Inlet/2.50-Inch Outlet delivers an aggressive exterior sound with improved scavenging for enhanced engine performance. Its design reduces interior resonance to provide a milder tone inside the vehicle while maintaining a powerful, aggressive exhaust note outside.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel with fully MIG-welded seams, this muffler ensures long-lasting reliability. It features a high-temperature black paint finish that offers corrosion resistance and a rugged, attractive look.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit connections and clamp-on or weld-on inlet types, requiring no special tools or drilling. This muffler uses new hangers which are not included, so additional components may be needed for proper installation.
