      Construction and Appearance. Made from lightweight aluminum with a natural finish, this heat shield has a thickness of 0.031 inches. It is custom formed to fit the dimensions of 70 Series Big Block II mufflers and comes with durable stainless steel straps for secure installation, combining quality materials with a clean, functional design.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling, as the heat shield attaches using factory hangers and the included stainless steel clamps. Minimal adaptation may be necessary to ensure a proper fit.

      Application. Designed for universal fitment, some adaptation may be needed to install it properly on mufflers with approximate case dimensions of 5.00 inches tall, 11.00 inches wide, and 22.00 inches in length.
