      Description

      Delta Flow Chambered Muffler. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Dual Out Oval Muffler features a 2.50-inch inlet and 2.25-inch dual outlets that deliver an aggressive exhaust note with enhanced scavenging for improved engine performance. It is designed specifically for street, strip, and off-road applications and effectively reduces interior resonance while maintaining a smoother exterior tone compared to standard 40 Series mufflers.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed of durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler is fully MIG welded for maximum strength and long-lasting durability. It is finished with a high-temperature black paint that offers excellent corrosion resistance and a sleek appearance.

      Installation. Installation is simple with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections designed for clamp-on or weld-on mounting. This muffler requires new hangers which are not included. It features no internal packing which means less maintenance is needed over time.

      Application. This muffler provides a universal fitment but may require some adaptation to ensure proper fit and hanger alignment on your vehicle.
