Description
High-Performance Muffler. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Dual Out Oval Muffler; 2.50-Inch Inlet/2.50-Inch Outlet delivers an aggressive sound with improved exhaust scavenging for enhanced performance. Designed for street, strip, and off-road applications, it provides a milder exterior tone and reduced interior resonance compared to standard 40 series mufflers.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel with fully MIG welded construction, this muffler offers long-lasting strength and corrosion resistance. It features a high-temperature paint finish for added durability and a professional look.
Installation. This muffler features slip-fit inlet and outlet connections compatible with clamp-on or weld-on installation. Some adaptation may be needed for universal fitment. New hangers are required but not included. Most applications do not require drilling.
Warranty. This product includes a limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
Application. Fits universal exhaust systems with some adaptation required. Suitable for various 4- and 6-cylinder engines, classic and late-model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks/SUVs.
