Description
An All-Terrain Monster. Use this Fabtech Suspension Lift Kit to upgrade your Jeep and transform the way it behaves off-road. Delivering a 5-Inch lift, this kit levels out the front and the rear end of your Wrangler, correcting the annoying nose-down factory rake. You also get better ground clearance, as well as the ability to fit large wheels and tires. The stock fenders will clear 37-Inch tires with minor trimming, but if you’re prepared to cut the high clearance fenders, you can even get away with 40-Inch tires. This kit works wonders for heavily modified Wranglers that have a lot of added weight, such as a bull bar, a winch, etc. It’ll give you back some valuable wheel travel.
Superb On-Road and Off-Road Performance. This kit includes front and rear Fabtech Stealth Monotube Shocks. Featuring a 50mm thick seamless steel body, these shocks are as durable as they are capable. Inside you’ll find a 46mm high flow piston and a 14mm Nitrocarb piston rod, both of which were engineered to resist debris, rock chips, rust, and heat soak. Paired with front and rear dual rate coil springs, this kit provides amazing suspension travel and dampening performance over just about any surface. The dual rate coils enable excellent tire contact with the surface at all times, even under extreme wheel articulation.
Correct Suspension Geometry. The increase in ride height creates some unwanted steering and suspension side effects, so in order to correct that, this kit includes sway bar links that eliminate link bind, a rear track bar bracket that deletes mount deflection and lowers the roll center, as well as a draglink flip system and a front track bar, both of which correct suspension geometry for OEM-like steering feel and behavior. You also get 1.75-Inch OD .250” thick link arms that are harder to bend than the factory units.
Installation Process. This kit ships out with installation instructions and all the required mounting hardware for a proper installation. As always, professional installation is recommended but not necessary if you’re a skilled DIY mechanic. Expect the installation process to take a few hours. Everything bolts-on directly, so don’t worry about having to weld anything.
