The Excessive Industries Ultimate Stretched Comp Cut Corner Armor; Bare Steel is designed to protect and reinforce the rear corners of the 2-door Jeep Wrangler JK undergoing extensive modifications. It is tailored specifically for vehicles with a 10-inch rear stretch and 43-inch tires, enhancing both strength and appearance after the comp cut modification.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 3/16-inch P-N-O steel plate, this armor is CNC cut and formed to ensure a seamless fit with the Jeep’s body lines. Strategically placed bends improve structural integrity while providing a clean, professional finish. The bare steel finish allows for customization or welding integration.
Installation. Installation utilizes the included 5/16 countersunk stainless steel hardware and nutserts for secure mounting. While moderate fabrication skills may be required due to comp cut modifications, the installation process is straightforward with pre-cut parts designed for precise fitment.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-Door models, this corner armor supports the extended 10-inch rear stretch and accommodates flush mount LED taillights along with an external fuel fill setup for enhanced functionality.
