High-Strength Suspension Upgrade. The Elevate Suspension Chromoly Tube Ball Joint Upper Control Arms are engineered for serious off-road performance and long-term durability on lifted Tundras. These control arms offer improved wheel travel, alignment geometry, and clearance—ideal for handling rough terrain while maintaining smooth daily drivability.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from CNC-bent 1.5-inch diameter, .120-inch wall 4130 chromoly steel, these arms deliver unmatched strength with reduced weight. A two-stage gloss black powder coat with clear finish protects against corrosion, while reinforced pivot barrels ensure long-lasting bushing support. They feature innovative, squeak-free bushings that require zero maintenance and an OEM-style greaseable ball joint for durability. Built-in caster and camber correction ensures proper alignment on lifted applications, and OE-style ABS routing brackets keep the wiring clean and secure.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and requires removal of the factory control arms. Designed to work with lifted suspensions, these arms provide a direct-fit upgrade when installed by experienced DIYers or professionals.
Warranty. Covered by a lifetime warranty on bushings and a limited warranty on control arms for long-term peace of mind.
Application. These Elevate Suspension Chromoly Tube Ball Joint Upper Control Arms fit 2022 to 2026 Tundra.
