      Construction and Appearance. This LED pod features a robust powder-coated aluminum housing with a polycarbonate lens for durability and clarity. Internally, it includes a copper-core circuit board bonded directly to high-intensity Osram LED chips, enhancing thermal efficiency and performance. The pod’s design includes a passive pin-fin heatsink for effective heat dissipation and a rubber gasket seal ensuring IP69K waterproof rating.

      Installation. Installation requires basic tools and can typically be completed in 30-60 minutes. The pod mounts using an adjustable bracket with no drilling required in most applications, allowing for customized aiming and placement.
