Construction and Appearance. Built with a powder-coated aluminum housing and a polycarbonate lens, these LED pods are engineered for durability and thermal efficiency. They feature a copper-core circuit board directly bonded to Osram HX Boost LEDs, along with patented total internal reflection (TIR) optics to optimize light output. The amber backlight adds a distinctive accent, and the overall design is weatherproof with an IP69K rating suitable for rugged conditions.
