      Description

      Performance Upgrade. This aluminum intercooler hot-side and cold-side piping kit improves turbocharger performance by enhancing intercooler airflow. It replaces restrictive OEM piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, enabling smoother airflow and increased efficiency for turbocharged engines.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from mandrel-bent aluminum, the kit features 2.75" cold-side and 2.5" hot-side pipes finished in wrinkle black. It includes 1/8" NPT bungs for water or methanol injection and uses heavy-duty spring-loaded t-bolt clamps with five-ply silicone couplers for long-lasting durability under heat and pressure.

      Installation. The piping kit installs with a direct bolt-on fit requiring no drilling or modifications and can be installed using basic hand tools. The straightforward swap can typically be completed in about 90 minutes.

      Warranty. This product comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

      Application. Designed for use with compatible 2.3L EcoBoost vehicles, including Bronco and Ranger models. Please verify fitment for your specific vehicle.
