Description
Aluminum Intercooler Piping Kit. The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Hot-Side and Cold-Side Piping Kit replaces restrictive OEM piping to improve your EcoBoost vehicle’s turbo performance by enhancing airflow and boosting intercooler efficiency for better engine response.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing with a wrinkle black finish for durability and heat resistance. The kit includes 2.25" to 2.5" hot-side and 2.75" cold-side pipes, reinforced 5-ply silicone couplers, and heavy-duty spring-loaded t-bolt clamps to ensure superior strength and reliability under boost conditions.
Installation. The kit installs easily with basic hand tools, requiring no drilling or modifications, making it accessible for DIY enthusiasts. Installation typically takes around 90 minutes, and all necessary hardware is included.
