Composite Aluminum. This corner panel is engineered as a composite construction. This ensures that it can withstand forces exerted on the car in off-road terrain. The composite aluminum involves a sandwich panel of two aluminum sheets with a core sheet in between. This affords the Jeep Wrangler a lightweight and yet robust design.
Lightweight Design. The 5-pound weight of this corner panel is enough to afford an optimum weight to size ratio. A 20.5-inch by 12.5-in by 4-inch measurement ensures that the panel can withstand tough conditions that Jeep Wranglers are built for. The measurements meet international standards for SUVs and allow for enough allowance for the Wrangler to undergo replacements and upgrades.
Black Polish. A black finish allows the Jeep to enjoy a natural color appearance. This also ensures a color match between the different body parts installed in the Jeep. The black polish also protects the SUV from corrosion and rust and ensures the structural integrity of internal body components.
