      Description

      Front Axle Protection. The Front Axle Disconnect Skid Plate provides robust protection for crucial suspension components by shielding the front axle disconnect motor and mount area. Designed for rugged off-road use, it safeguards vulnerable parts against impacts from obstacles, ensuring continued vehicle performance and durability.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 1/4-inch thick steel, the skid plate includes new countersunk bolts on the lower mounts to improve clearance and reuses factory hardware on the top mounts. The rear section is designed to be taller to protect sensitive plastic and aluminum parts of the axle disconnect motor.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, utilizing six mounting points with no drilling required. Removal of the factory steering stabilizer bracket is necessary to accommodate the skid plate.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator JT model with consideration for necessary modifications such as the removal of the stock steering stabilizer bracket.
