Description
RUGGED FRONT PROTECTION. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 40-Inch Light Bar Cutout and multiple Bull Bar configuration options is engineered to enhance off-road capability while maintaining crucial safety features. It provides robust front-end protection, supports a variety of lighting options, and includes winch compatibility for recovery use. This bumper is ideal for drivers seeking durable upgrades that preserve vehicle sensor systems functionality.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Constructed from 3/16” laser-cut P&O steel, the bumper features 1/4” thick mounting and winch plates for strength and durability. Bull bar tubing uses .120 wall HREW steel in 1 3/4” and 1 1/2” diameters. The bumper ships with a raw steel finish that requires painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust and allow color customization. Fully welded 3/4” thick D-ring tabs provide reinforced recovery points.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires trimming of factory plastic bumper panels under the headlights and minor trimming of the ends of fender flares to ensure a proper fit. No additional drilling beyond these trims is typically necessary to complete the installation.
APPLICATION. Specifically designed to fit 2022 to 2026 third-generation Toyota Tundra models, this bumper maintains compatibility with Toyota Safety Sense systems, parking sensors, and the front-mounted camera. Low- and mid-height bull bars will appear in the front camera view but do not fully block it. Sensor recalibration may be necessary after installation, and proper sensor orientation is important to avoid malfunctions.
