- Bumper is made from 3/16” laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4” thick mounting plates and 1/4” thick winch plate

- Bull bar tubing is .120 wall 1 3/4” and 1 1/2” diameter HREW tubing

Off-Road Protection. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper is a rugged front bumper designed to enhance both the durability and appearance of your vehicle. It provides essential front-end protection for overland and off-road adventures while maintaining much of the functionality of advanced safety and sensor systems. This bumper is ideal for enthusiasts who want to customize their 3rd Gen Tundra with enhanced protection and lighting capabilities while retaining many factory features.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16” laser-cut P&O steel, this bumper features reinforced 1/4” thick mounting and winch plates for exceptional strength. The bull bar tubing is made from .120 wall HREW steel in 1 3/4” and 1 1/2” diameters for impact resistance. Finished either in a black powder coat or bare steel (with painting required if bare), the design includes a steel skid plate that replaces the factory plastic version, integrated D-ring tabs, and dedicated cutouts for lighting, blending heavy-duty durability with a clean, factory-inspired look.
Installation. Installation involves moderate modifications, including trimming plastic bumper panels under the headlights and the ends of the fender flares for correct fitment. Proper sensor orientation is important to maintain compatibility with Toyota’s Safety Sense System, and TSS recalibration may be necessary after installation. Bumper mounting provisions eliminate the need for major drilling and include holes to reattach factory fender liners.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2022 through 2026 Tundra models, ensuring compatibility with the 3rd generation Tundra’s advanced safety features and front-end design.
