      HIGH-PERFORMANCE HEAT SHIELD. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve, 3-Inch x 12-Inch, delivers excellent heat protection for exhaust pipes and surrounding components. Designed to reduce heat transfer and shield critical areas, it is ideal for automotive enthusiasts seeking durable and effective thermal insulation. This sleeve also expands to fit over flanges and sensor threads, accommodating complex exhaust configurations with ease.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Manufactured from high-grade titanium knit material, this exhaust sleeve withstands extreme temperatures with a maximum rating of 1800°F and a continuous rating of 1382°F. The sleeve features a flexible knit construction that allows expansion up to 1.5 times its normal diameter while maintaining a metallic silver-gray finish for durability and corrosion resistance.

      INSTALLATION. The sleeve is simple to install and does not require drilling. It can be trimmed to length as needed and the ends rolled for a custom fit. The sleeve is secured with the included stainless steel locking ties and special locking tie tool, enabling a secure and professional fit.

      APPLICATION. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required.
