CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Featuring a durable aluminum housing finished with an ASTM-standard powdercoat, this light bar offers excellent corrosion resistance and rugged durability. It utilizes high-quality Osram Ostar and Lumileds automotive-grade LEDs mounted on copper PCBs for efficient thermal management. The optically designed polycarbonate lens precisely focuses light while resisting environmental challenges, and stainless steel brackets ensure secure and long-lasting mounting.
INSTALLATION. Installation typically requires 30 to 60 minutes using a basic toolset. The light bar comes with universal brackets, and while no advanced modifications are generally necessary, some adaptation may be needed depending on mounting location and vehicle configuration.
