      Description

      High-Performance Heat Shield. The Pipe Shield; 6-Inch x 12-Inch; Stainless Steel provides effective protection against extreme radiant heat. It is designed to shield nearby components and occupants from excessive heat buildup by enclosing pipes with a heat-resistant barrier.

      Construction and Appearance. This shield is crafted from durable 304 stainless steel with a curved preformed shape to fit most pipes. Featuring two layers of stainless steel encasing high-temperature insulation, the assembly withstands up to 2000°F. It has welded seams for added strength and a polished metallic finish complemented by stainless steel standoffs creating a 1/2” air gap.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling; the shield simply mounts using the included stainless steel hose clamps. Its flexible design allows for easy shaping around different pipe diameters.
