It is ideal for use in high-temperature environments where maintaining component integrity and flexibility is critical.
Construction and Appearance. This product features a high-temperature metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a 20 oz heat-treated glass fiber base, reinforced with aramid thread for superior heat resistance, abrasion durability, and flame-retardant properties. Its gold metallic finish reflects up to 90% of radiant heat up to 800°F, combining both functional protection and a distinctive appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and tool-free, requiring no removal of connected lines or hoses. Simply cut the shroud to the desired length, slide it over the components, and secure it with the built-in hook-and-loop closure, which offers adjustable diameter fitting.
